Orbita hotel locking system consists of following:

Lock (qty = guest room)---For open the door.
Encoder (1-2pcs/hotel )---For issuing all kinds of cards.
Switch (qty = guest room)---To get the power.
Cards (qty = 5-10 times of guest room)-----For open the lock.
Data collector (1-2pcs/hotel, optional by customers)-----For getting the time and times of the entrance information from the lock.
Self developed software (1 disk, free of charge)----For setting the program the whole system.

Card Functions:

Guest card: Reception complete program Guest card by give a begin and expiry date for a room(rooms). Guest access room by read this card on lock.
Master card: Hold by housekeeping to access to all rooms of hotels.
Floor card: Hold by clean staff to enter the rooms in one floor. 
Building card: Hold by manager to enter the rooms in one building.
Passage card: Once this card been read on one door, this door could be acceess by without reading keycard.
Emergency card: Enter the all rooms.
Maintenance card: Can open a specific lock within a period of time or a few times.
Group card: Can open all doors of the same group within a period of time .
Clock card: Set the time of lock's inbuilt clock.
Blocking card: Access to every door of the same locking system can be blocked by this card

LED Error Indication:

Red light flashing two times with two "beeps", it means the card is belong to other doors. Or when using the staff card-→opening times to open the lock and the times has already been used up, the red light will flash two times also. 
Red light flashing three times with three "beeps", it means the card time is not match with the lock time. 
Red light flashing four times with four "beeps", it means the lock haven't been authorized. 
Red light flashing five times with five "beeps", it means the card has been suspended. 
Red light flashing six times with six "beeps", it means the lock is deadbolt working. 
Red light flashing seven times with seven "beeps", it means the lock was been blocked by the block card. In this case, only master card can open the lock. 
Red light flashing eight times with eight "beeps", it means the lock was authorized by the authorization card issued from another system. In this case, if you don't know the code, you need to reauthorize the lock mandatorily.

FAQ for smart card magnetic stripe door lock

1.What is the material you use for the lock?
We use stainless steel or copper for most of our locks. Zinc alloy is also used for small parts of locks. The handles and panels are usually stainless steel or copper material, part of the mortise combile Iron, stainless steel, copper, stainless Iron etc.

2.What will happen if a guest loses his room card?
If a guest card is lost, we can simply issue a new guest card to the guest. To make sure the lost card is not used on the door, we can block the lost card when you issue the new card in the system simply by marking "suspend the previous card" option. Once you use the new card with such suspending information on your room lock, the lost card will be blocked which means even if the lost card were picked up by burglars, they could not open the lock.

4.How do you track the locking operation records?
For difference models, we have difference devices to track the operation data from the locks such as data card, data tracing device, hand hold unit etc. Hand hold unit is available for mifare locks. Data tracking device is available for Temic locks, other locks use data card..However, magnetic lock need some special device to track the data.

5.How many cards can open a lock?
There is no restriction on the quantity of cards, you can issue as many cards as you like for one lock.
