3. How Orbita hotel card locks sytems works?
♦Our Standalone hotel keyless lock system consists as following:
♦Orbita hotel rf card lock (installed on the hotel room door)
♦PC (usually located on the reception desk of hotel lobby)
♦Hotel lock management software (Dowload to PC, setting the software system)
♦Encoder (connect to PC, issue the cards)

5. How about the packaging?
All products are firstly packed in airbags, then place into foam boxes,delivery cartons,which properly prevents the parts scratching each other.For screws and bolts, strikes, they are properly packed in a polybag and delivered with each lock. The inner boxes are separated from each other to avoid rubbing.The shape of the box is designed in rectangle. As we have more than 10 years hotel lock experiences, this kind of packing is good for transportation, storage.

Yes. Generally, all the software can be connected to each other.Either PMS system supplier or we can make a bridge software to connect the two. For some famous PMS brand such as Fidelio Operator, we have existing bridge software in Fidelio database.
♦ What's the lead time and can produce with my brands?
For the sample, it's about 3 working days. For mass order: it's about 15-20 working days. Absolutely, we offer OEM/ODM orders and it may cost extra and take longer time to deliver.
♦ What's the MOQ and if can send sample to have a test?
MOQ is 10 sets and we can send you sample to have a test.
♦ How do I pay for my purchase?
